Litigation becomes popular with telecom patent holders

What with so many influential patent cases coming to a close, common law surrounding patents is, perhaps, most aptly described as ‘progressing’. Though pharmaceutical patent litigation has been at its forefront, patent holders in the telecom sector too have become more active in pursuing claims.
