National Biodiversity Act: Issues and Recommendations

An IP stakeholders meeting was held on 14th December 2016 at Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.  Upon the request of the government, Anand and Anand made a short note with regard to National Biodiversity Act-related patent issues along with the recommendations.
